Home Care Account Executive commission based - EARN $$$

Association Home Care is seeking a motivated sales professional(s) to fill the role of Account Executive to help grow our referral base in the Hillsborough County / Polk area.

The candidate will be a confident, outgoing and skilled speaker, listener, and be able to build and create new relationships.

You will be responsible for generating referrals for home health care by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources.

Qualifications:

· 0 years (none needed) minimum experience in the Healthcare Sales (THIS COULD BE YOUR PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO START IN THIS FIELD)

· The ideal candidate will be comfortable talking to healthcare contacts and be able to readily network and adapt in the community.

· Marketing experience will be useful.

· Confident and a skilled speaker and listener. The candidate must be able to build and create new relationships with referral sources

· Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market with opportunity to make lots of income!

Job Type:Full-time, part-time, as needed (however must coincide with health care practice operating hours)

Pay: Commission only - you bring the referrals and you will receive 7% of FULL client revenue throughout its cycle.  Example client is cared for 3 months - you will receive payment for 3 months on that client alone….Please ask us for example $ value.  Successful candidates can grow into full time role with benefits included.

 

We will provide training about home care,  we will provide leads,  we will provide marketing material and we will provide additional reimbursements such as food for customers.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities.  If you meet targets we will provide extra 2%.

Experience:

  • Sales and/or Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (required)
  • Tampa, Brandon,  FL (preferred)

Work Location: On the road (no mileage expense given)
