Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and UX designers to understand software features and functionalities.
- Write and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, API guides, release notes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines in all written materials.
- Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for end-users.
- Conduct research and gather information from various sources to create comprehensive documentation.
- Participate in product testing to gain hands-on experience and validate documentation accuracy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve the overall user experience.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Familiarity with software development concepts and tools (e.g., Git, APIs, command-line interfaces).
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and explain them effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with tools like Markdown, Confluence, or similar documentation platforms is a plus.
