Showroom Consultant:  

• Excited about working for the largest hard surface provider in the Nation.
• Have a genuine interest and commitment to the design, and building Industry.
• Goal oriented and focused.
• Effective communication skills using multimedia.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Accurately recordkeeping and maintenance of customer contact information.
• Build and maintain company customer relationships.
• Consistently follow up with customers in a timely manner.
• Solve customer issue with a since of urgency.
• Complete sales processing of payments successfully.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to keep account transactions, samples and literature up to date.
• Practice customer focus, collaboration and communication with the MSI team.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and trends.
• Perform duties that require picking up items up to 20lbs
• Perform additional duties as required or requested.
