International Strategy & Operations Intern (2025)

About the team + role

The mission of the International team is to drive Robinhood's international expansion strategy and support successful execution of product launches abroad. We are a team of curious, humble, and analytically-minded individuals with a bias toward action and impact.

We are looking for a self-starter, capable of navigating ambiguity, with a strong strategic, analytical, and execution background. As an International Strategy & Operations Intern, you will work in an exciting, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct diligence on global markets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and develop prioritization within Robinhood's roadmap.
  • Understand regulatory, compliance, and product requirements to develop proposals that enhance business outcomes.
  • Drive strategic assessments, perform analyses, and develop recommendations to drive key decisions for the company around topics such as business monetization, new product launches and build/buy/partner.
  • Conduct benchmarking on international competitors to understand their business model, operations, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct research to identify and assess key issues, as well as provide effective recommendations to leadership on ways to mitigate risks to the success of international product launches.
  • Partner with finance and business leaders to assess international business models and evaluate the implications for the company's financial goals.
  • Demonstrate analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to unblock obstacles.

What you bring

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time, MBA program with an expected graduation date in Winter 2025/Spring 2026.
  • Previous experience at a management consulting firm and/or experience in a Business Operations, Partnerships, Operations Strategy, Product, or a cross-functional operational role at a technology company
  • Highly effective written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint, and/or SQL
  • Ability to work independently and have a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize, and balance multiple projects
