Customer Service / Benefits Enroller

Job description

Title: Customer Service / Call Center Agent 

Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday 

Location: Remote, MUST BE ON EASTERN STANDARD TIME

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service / Benefits Enroller to join our call center team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a call center environment, excellent customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of benefits enrollments, insurance, or human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to calls and guide members through their benefits enrollment process.
  2. Use a computer-based phone system and enrollment portals.
  3. Verify members' identities at the start of each call and assist them in their benefits enrollment.
  4. Review members' elections at the conclusion of the enrollment and confirm their choices through email.
  5. Work closely with the enrollment managers to ensure seamless process for members’ benefits.
