What I liked
I did meaningful work for my department and the bank. There was no stereotypical intern "busy work."
The workplace culture is very good; everyone is willing to listen and help.
There were lots of opportunities to learn about different aspects of the business and to network with people higher up.
What I wish was different
I would've preferred not having to do projects with the other interns. It took too much time away from my other responsibilities.

What I liked
Had the ability to showcase our summer end project to the executive leadership and the CEO. The opportunity to connect with many different areas. Learning more analytical and creative tools that have been applicable and helpful within my transition to full time. Employees were always helpful and I walked away with mentors and wisdom for my future career.
What I wish was different
I had taken advantage of more of the opportunities I was exposed to.
Advice
Take it very serious and be willing to go above the ask. The simple task are nice and great for basic learning, but get more in-depth knowledge on how they use the systems.

Everyone is extremely welcoming and love interacting with interns. You also work on real projects with your colleagues and work on an Innovation Project with fellow interns in which the top 3 teams get to present to the Executive Leadership Team. Huntington truly cares about interns and employees' experience and genuinely want you to have a good time.

Attend every event! You get out what you put in to this internship so put yourself out there, ask questions and don't be afraid to speak up and introduce yourself.

Great work environment, loved my team and the people in the company. I was able to gain real world experience and felt like I was contributing value to the bank.

Wish it could have been in person instead of remote.
Advice
Be proactive, communicate with your manager and volunteer for more work. You will be busy but it shows that you are worth keeping around.
