I would've liked having a bigger team; at times, we felt understaffed. However, that allowed for close relationships between those who worked together often.
Advice
Always find a work environment that makes you feel comfortable and make sure that it is a place that you can imagine yourself staying at for awhile.

I wish I could’ve managed my time better because I had other events going on in my life so it was hard to concentrate on just my work life.

Advice
Always be kind to the customer. You never know what kind of day they have had to make them act the way they do. Not everyone comes in just to pick a fight with the employees. You'd be surprised how you might turn a person's day around just by being kind to them.
