HR Internship - REMOTE

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding/Offboarding
- Write and post engaging job descriptions to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Participate in candidate evaluation and selection.
- Support seamless onboarding for new hires and efficient offboarding processes.
2. Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal communications.
- Coordinate follow-ups, document updates, and team announcements.
- Assist in conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work culture.
3. HR Process Development & Compliance
- Help design and implement efficient HR workflows and documentation standards.
- Maintain records for contracts and HR-related documentation.
- Contribute to campus outreach programs to support recruitment goals.
4. Learn and adapt to the constructive criticism given through mentorship sessions, taught by the CEO.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree/diploma program (e.g., HR, Business Administration, or related field).
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack, or quick to learn new tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to take initiative in projects.
- Must be motivated students, eager to make a meaningful transition from academic life to professional settings.
Internship Details:
- The minimum internship duration is 3 months and minimum working hours per week is 20 hours.
- This is an unpaid internship.
- All applicants MUST be a university senior or above.
- We are a Canadian-based company.
- All positions are remote.
- We require mandatory meeting availability (depending on your role).
- Work hours are based in MST (Mountain Standard Time).
