Administrative Assistant

  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Draft legal documents such as contracts, subcontracts, term sheets, etc
  • Support the day-to-day operations of regulatory compliance and corporate compliance, update corporate and regulatory policies as needed
  • Work closely with Insurance Broker to get proper certification of insurance for projects and coordinate with subcontractor to ensure the coverage prior to subcontractor commencing work on jobsite
  • Provide administrative and operation support including data entry and analysis

Requirement:

  • Excellent skills in analytical thinking, specifically the ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts and develop substantial.
  • Strong organizational skills with a sense of priority, urgency and commitment to deadlines
