IT Support Technician

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with team members to identify issues, process work orders, and troubleshoot equipment failures. Support equipment (server) maintenance work on site.
  • Occasionally participate in project site implementation, including installation, cabling, switch configuration, acceptance testing, etc.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and support teams to solve project technical issues and implement related matters.
  • Participate in the preparation of necessary documents in advance, including configuration scripts, cable connection tables, and project/service acceptance reports.
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or customer-level reports as needed.
  • Responsible for the entry and exit of warehouse parts.
  • Manage warehouse inventory and perform inventory counts as required to support the delivery of parts to the data center.
  • Basic Position Requirements:
    Accept fresh graduates with a degree in IT-related majors or 0-3 years of professional experience in the IT field.
  • Excellent communication skills in  English, or Mandarin  ​​(the company mainly serves Chinese customers).

Preferred job requirements:

  • Basic network knowledge, such as TCP/IP protocol stack, basic routing and switching knowledge.
  • Basic server knowledge and familiarity with Linux command line interface (CLI).
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and occasionally work overtime.
