2 years Program Analyst, Asset Backed Securities

As an analyst in Natixis's Asset Backed Securities banking team, you will engage in both investment banking activities on the lending and capital markets side of the business. This role involves pitching to clients, executing transactions, tracking market trends, and interacting with issuers/rating agencies/investors.

The base salary for the role will be $100,000 annual basis.

Candidates must be able to work in the United States on a permanent basis. Natixis will not sponsor visas for these positions and will not hire individuals whose work eligibility is based on their F-1 or other student visa status. Employees relatives are not eligible to participate to that program.

 

  • Prepare presentation materials and participate in new business pitches.
  • Provide execution support for transactions.
  • Track developments in the Asset Backed Securities (ABS) market.
  • Review transaction and legal documents, as well as relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with issuers to address ad hoc requests.
  • Gain an understanding of ABS structures and cash flow models.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and product offerings.
  • Assist in raising capital within the securitization markets.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of industry and market fundamentals, including the impact of economic conditions, terminology, and the competitive landscape.
  • Gain knowledge of internal systems 
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to facilitate the Know Your Customer (KYC) process

 

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree obtained in 2025
  • Preferred focus in finance, accounting, mathematics or computer science or equivalent work experience in a finance related role prior internships at financial firms
  • SIE, series 79 and 63 preferred
