Data Uniformity Specialist II

Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management with national certification (RHIA, RHIT) required. New HIM bachelor’s degree graduates must obtain RHIA or RHIT certification within six (6) months of employment. Acute care hospital experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrates professionalism, tact, and diplomacy when working with other hospital departments, medical staff, and outside organizations. Demonstrates excellent critical-thinking skills, sharp problem- solving abilities, and is very detail oriented. Excellent PC application skills (Word, Excel, e-mail, PowerPoint, Adobe - minimum). Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be substituted for the degree requirement.
