We provide the training, tools, and mentorship you need to thrive—whether you're just starting your career or looking to level up in a high-reward industry.
What You'll Do
- Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods to generate leads and book roofing inspections
- Confidently speak with homeowners about potential storm damage and our services
- Log appointments and notes in our CRM system (HubSpot)
- Follow up with leads to maximize inspection success
- Grow into a closer role where you manage the full sales process—there’s unlimited room for growth
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus—but not required
- Comfortable with face-to-face, door-to-door interactions
- Resilient and self-motivated—you bounce back quickly and stay focused on goals
- Coachable, competitive, and eager to grow within a supportive team
