  1. Analyze and maintain system performance, business procedures and complex problems to automate or improve existing systems in systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodology.
  2. Responsible for the maintenance of the accounting and financial database systems by using IBM AS/400.
  3. Responsible for the upkeep and integrity of the existing ERP Systems and design database tables using relational data model in compliance with security authorization and privacy requirements.
  4. Test and maintain SQL Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, database data modelling for SQL server, IBM databases or other relational databases.
  5. Improve application and supporting systems to meet team and department goals.
  6. Coordinate with other systems analysts to ensure data consistency and integrity on IBM AS/400 ERP system for accounting and financial database systems.
  7. Perform data integration across systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and availability of information between platforms.
  8. Work with Business Analyst to gather and analyze functional requirements, conduct cost-benefit analysis, network and web analysis, and develop technical designs for web and ERP system.
  9. Migrate and test IBM AS/400 ERP system to web-based ERP system in modern web technologies such as ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, MSSQL etc.
  10. Utilize Visio to map out system architecture and relationships between tables such as entity-relationship model and enhanced entity-relationship model.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or a foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
  • One (1) year of experience in SQL scripting, systems optimization, and web designing.
  • Must have knowledge of ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, network and web analysis, data integration, entity-relationship modeling, enhanced entity-relationship modeling, SQL queries, database design, data integrity.
