Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role requires a dynamic individual who enjoys wearing many different hats and can efficiently manage the hiring and marketing processes at our portfolio companies.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in sourcing top talent and leading marketing initiatives for our portfolio companies.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier candidates at Heritage Holding ‘s portfolio companies.
- Collaborate with management at portfolio companies to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that effectively represent each role.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms, networking events, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and collaborate with management to negotiate offers and onboard selected candidates.
Marketing:
- Lead and Manage Campaigns: Oversee end-to-end marketing initiatives, including website and brand redesigns, digital advertising campaigns, print collateral (e.g., postcards), and Google Business profile management.
- Content Strategy & Development: Review and edit monthly blogs and newsletters, while creating and curating content to enhance company and portfolio company presence across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
- Brand & Digital Presence: Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all marketing channels, optimizing visibility and engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
- High GPA preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role preferred
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and employees.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
