Wholesale Account Executive/Hunter
Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our sales team as Hunters. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about career advancement. MLB Wholesale offers a paid student internship on a part-time or full-time basis throughout the academic year and continuing into the summer. The internship program will equip students with relevant skills across various sales and marketing functions through on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to new Third Party Originator (TPO) mortgage brokers and current broker partners.
- Making calls and building new client relationships.
- Identify and track potential leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies.
- Participate in events and networking opportunities via Zoom.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities.
Qualifications:
- Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited local university.
- Junior or Senior level, with a current GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong technical and organizational skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.
- A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Schedule:
- Hours of operation are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Availability to work up to 30 hours per week during the summer (June – September).
- Availability to work up to 20 hours per week during the academic year.
