About the Role
As an AI & Automation Intern, you’ll help develop, test, and document AI-driven workflows used across TBA’s marketing, operations, and instructional systems. You’ll experiment with prompt engineering, build small automation prototypes, evaluate new AI tools, and support the integration of automation into real processes across the organization.
This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of AI systems, workflow automation, and EdTech operations. You’ll gain exposure to practical AI applications—not theoretical use cases—while collaborating with teams that actively deploy automation to support thousands of learners.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in developing and testing AI workflow prototypes (e.g., content generation, summarization, tagging)
- Support prompt engineering for internal tools, templates, and automation tasks
- Explore and evaluate AI tools for marketing, learning, and CRM operations
- Document workflows, prompts, and system behaviors for internal use
- Help build simple automation sequences through Make.com or similar tools
- Participate in QA testing of AI-assisted features and recommend improvements
- Convert manual processes into structured automation opportunities
- Collaborate with the operations, marketing, and course production teams to apply AI solutions
