About the Role

As a Web3 Research & Simulation Intern, you’ll explore emerging trends in Blockchain, Bitcoin Mining, FinTech, digital assets, and decentralized systems to support the development of TBA’s educational simulators and workforce programs. You’ll analyze real-world use cases, summarize industry insights, and help translate technical concepts into learner-friendly content for simulation environments.

This role provides hands-on experience researching cutting-edge technologies while contributing to next-generation training tools used by colleges and enterprises. You’ll work closely with TBA’s coursework, product, and research teams to ensure simulations reflect accurate, up-to-date industry practices.

What You’ll Do

Research trends across Web3, DeFi, Bitcoin Mining, tokenization, and FinTech
Summarize findings into concise briefs used for course or simulator development
Review existing simulators and identify opportunities for content updates
Assist in documenting economic or technical models for simulation logic
Analyze market reports, industry case studies, and blockchain ecosystem data
Support the creation of scenario-based elements for educational simulations
Convert complex concepts into beginner-friendly explanations
Maintain organized research notes and contribute to content planning meetings
