About the Role

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Intern, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and overall experience of TBA’s online courses, CRM workflows, landing pages, and learner communication systems. You’ll test course modules, identify broken elements, validate automations, and help maintain smooth functionality across the On360 platform.

This role provides hands-on professional QA experience inside a fast-moving EdTech environment. You’ll learn how to test digital products, document issues clearly, replicate bugs, and collaborate with operations, product, and marketing teams to reinforce platform reliability for learners across colleges and workforce boards.

What You’ll Do

  • Test On360 courses end-to-end to identify bugs, broken links, or inconsistent module flow
  • Validate Groundhogg CRM automations, tags, and email sequences
  • Review quizzes, certificates, and LMS functionality for accuracy
  • Verify design and formatting across WordPress pages and dashboards
  • Conduct cross-browser and mobile responsiveness checks
  • Reproduce reported issues and document clear steps for troubleshooting
  • Track issues using Airtable or Google Sheets; maintain organized QA logs
  • Support regression testing for new course launches or system updates
  • Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize and resolve QA findings
