Role: Systems Support Associate
Start your IT career on a team where your skills directly support a mission-driven organization. As a Systems Support Associate, you’ll be the first line of support for our desktop, telecom, and systems infrastructure. You’ll troubleshoot issues, help employees stay connected, and keep our technology running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to technical support calls, emails, and tickets with professionalism and problem-solving focus
- Support desktop, phone, and call center technology
- Configure new PCs and install applications
- Troubleshoot issues and document solutions
- Work closely with team leads and provide backup support
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Pay Rate: Starting at $20/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site 2-3 days per week
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for recent graduates OR early-career professionals with help desk experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; associate degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Windows OS and hardware
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A desire to learn, grow, and take initiative
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to lift equipment (up to 40 lbs.)
- Help desk or systems support experience a plus
- Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) a plus
