🔍 About the Role

As a Supply Chain & Logistics Officer in the U.S. Navy, you’ll lead high-stakes operations that keep global missions running. From managing multi-million-dollar budgets and contracts to overseeing the delivery of equipment, food, fuel, and medical supplies—you’ll apply business and supply chain skills in real-world, fast-paced environments.

This role combines logistics leadership, project management, procurement strategy, and operational planning. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing teams, overseeing distribution networks, and making decisions with global impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead purchasing, contracting, and procurement operations

Manage inventory, warehousing, shipping logistics, and supply chain forecasting

Collaborate with vendors and negotiate multi-million-dollar supply contracts

Oversee transportation and delivery of critical goods—by air, sea, and land

Supervise and train teams in logistics, finance, and supply operations

Analyze cost efficiencies and supply chain risks to support global operations

📚 Training & Career Development

12-week Leadership Training: Covers decision-making, operations management, and team leadership

20-week Logistics Qualification Program: Specialized education in supply chain management, budgeting, contracting, and military business operations

Ongoing opportunities for funded graduate degrees (including MBAs), certifications (like PMP or Six Sigma), and advancement into executive roles

🎓 Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

GPA of 2.75 or higher

Completion of 1 college-level calculus course (grade C or higher), OR 2 other college-level math courses (e.g. statistics, algebra, business math) with an average grade of B or better

U.S. citizenship

Age 18–37 (extended eligibility available for those with prior service)
