Sales Development Representative

Position Available: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

 

Location: Remote (1099 Contractor) | Firm based in Tampa, FL

 

Metric-Based Compensation:

  • SDRs can earn up to $125,000 annually, combining metric-based compensation and performance bonuses.
  • $35,000 – $50,000 annually depending on qualifications and performance. Compensation assumes a minimum of 85 outbound calls per day. Target metrics include:
    • 100 outbound calls per day
    • 5 qualified appointments per week
    • 2+ sets of property financials secured per week
  • Compensation is paid bi-weekly.

 

Performance Bonuses:

  • Additional bi-weekly bonuses are paid based on exceeding weekly targets, securing listings, and generating closed deals.
  • No employee benefits are provided (independent contractor role).

 

About the Role:

  • Urow Real Estate, a national self-storage brokerage firm, is seeking to engage a Sales Development Representative to support front-end lead generation. The SDR identifies property owners, initiates first contact, and schedules qualified appointments for senior sales associates. This role does not involve buyer management, negotiations, or deal execution.
  • SDRs focus solely on appointment generation and are supported by a full operations team handling data mining, underwriting, marketing, and transaction management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily and secure 5+ qualified appointments weekly with self-storage property owners using provided lead lists and CRM tools.
  • Secure 2+ sets of property financials weekly.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments with motivated sellers for senior sales associates.
  • Accurately log call activity, outcomes, and lead status in HubSpot.
  • Follow company outreach scripts and prospecting frameworks.
  • Maintain consistent communication and performance aligned with contractual requirements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License required (63-hour online course).
  • No previous sales experience required.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort making cold calls.
  • Coachable, organized, and able to meet structured daily performance targets.
  • HubSpot experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

 

Professional Development:

    • Senior SDR, with higher bonus structures and expanded responsibilities.
    • Sales Associate / Broker track, participating in deal execution and commission-based transactions.
