Safety Management Specialist

Journey Aviation is looking to hire two Safety Management System specialists to join our Team. This is a full-time position based at our offices in Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. Ideal candidates will have interest and/or experience in some or all of the following areas of expertise: 

*SMS to include root cause analysis and corrective action planning, implementation, and assurance,

*Structure and management of corporate manual suites,

*Crew management to include fatigue awareness, pairing, and travel planning, as well as regulatory compliance with respect to flight/duty/rest,

*Maintenance management to include technical systems awareness and quality assurance
