Job Title: Junior DevOps Engineer
Position Type: Contractor
Salary range: $65000-$85000 based on experience
Location: Woodbridge, NJ
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Remote work eligible: After three months, and an acceptable performance review, work from home for 1 day a week may be considered depending on the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Commercial off-the-shelf software systems(e.g. ERP, CRM, and etc. )and custom built systems, ensuring high availability and seamless integration between platforms.
- Design and develop web-based business applications and internal tools using React(Nextjs).
- Database management: Understanding and utilizing databases like SQL and NoSQL for data storage and retrieval.
- Working with senior developers, designers, and other team members to define requirements, implement solutions, and improve processes.
- Code quality and testing: Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and participating in testing and debugging.
- Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues and contributing to troubleshooting efforts.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Strong programming fundamentals with proficiency in at least one modern languages(e.g. Java, JavaScript/typescript, Python, C/C++).
- Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL. Familiar with ORM tools.
- Understanding and experience with version control systems like Git.
- A highly logical mindset with the ability to deconstruct business requirements into technical workflows. You welcome the challenge of problem solving and troubleshooting.
- You are a proactive learner who stays updated on emerging technologies and eager to master proprietary platforms.
