AI Automation Specialist (Student Role) 🤖

Location: Remote - MUST BE NY, NJ, MA, or CT BASED!!
Eligibility: Sophomore–Senior
Pay: $20/hour + performance bonuses đź’°
Hours: Part-time, flexible, project-based

Role Overview

We’re hiring motivated students to build AI-powered automations for real startups. You’ll work on live projects using modern AI and automation tools to solve real business problems—not practice assignments.

This role is ideal for students who are self-driven, organized, and excited about applying AI in practical ways.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage AI-integrated automation workflows
  • Use tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, and GoHighLevel
  • Work with LLMs for tasks like summarization, lead handling, routing, and internal tools
  • Translate business needs into clear, working systems
  • Document and explain solutions to non-technical founders

Required Skills

  • Comfort working with LLMs, including:
    • Prompt engineering
    • Understanding strengths, limits, and costs
    • Using structured outputs (JSON, schemas, function calling)
  • Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, or similar)
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks

Nice to Haves

  • Basic coding experience (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, Airtable, Notion, or CRMs
  • Startup, freelance, or client project experience
  • Interest in entrepreneurship or product building 🚀
