About the Role

We are hiring Logistics Management Trainees to join our structured development program designed for recent graduates. This role offers hands-on exposure to logistics and warehouse operations with a clear pathway toward future leadership positions.

What You’ll Do

Participate in rotational training across key departments:

Warehouse Operations

Operations Management

Human Resources

Sales Support

Project Management

Learn end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes

Work closely with managers and mentors on real operational projects

Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Who We’re Looking For

Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (all majors welcome)
Preferred: Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Management

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn

Fluent in English and Chinese (Spanish is a plus)

Strong interest in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations
