Digital Fine-Art Printshop Manager

We’re seeking a highly organized Shop Manager to keep our production facility running smoothly and support a workflow that spans fine-art oil-based painting processes, digital imaging, and advanced creative tech. Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized workshop spaces and manage inventory
• Support daily production and assist artists/technicians
• Help with digital imaging and print prep
• Work with technical staff to keep machines/equipment operating smoothly

• Strong organizational and studio/workshop management skills
• Familiarity with fine-art painting and digital printing
• Comfort with machines, electronics, and basic troubleshooting
• Adobe Photoshop proficiency
