Commercial Sales Representative/Business Development

Generate new commercial sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, scheduling meetings and relationship development

Drive revenue growth by securing new commercial painting contracts

Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, property managers, developers, and owners

Conduct site walkthroughs and collaborate with estimating teams to develop competitive proposals

Actively follow up on bids, proposals, and negotiations to close sales

Manage and maintain a sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets

Track sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics

Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
