• Able to pass a background check
• Coachable, reliable, and self-motivated
• Willing to learn and show up consistently
• Customer service, leadership, or team experience is a plus (not required)

💰 Pay, Training & Growth
 

• 1099 independent contractor role
• Commission-based pay
• No income cap
• Typical earnings: $500–$700+ per completed policy
• Many part-time associates complete 2–5+ policies per week
• Licensing support provided after training
