Begin part-time, progress at your own speed, and transition into full-time when it feels right. Training is completely virtual, flexible, and beginner-friendly.

💼 What You’ll Do:

Learn our financial education and life insurance framework (full training provided from day one)

Meet with families via Zoom to guide them through protection options and financial planning

Follow up with warm leads generated through social media, mail campaigns, and digital marketing

Participate in weekly mentorship sessions and team trainings

Develop valuable skills in communication, leadership, and financial literacy

🔥 Who We’re Looking For:

18+ with an SSN or ITIN

Able to pass a background check

Self-motivated, coachable, and driven

Strong integrity and character (values matter more than hype)

Competitive backgrounds; sports, gaming, sales, etc.—are a plus

Eager for personal and financial growth

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

100% commission-based (1099 role)

Average commission per policy: $500–$700

Paid twice weekly

After training, top performers typically close 2–5 policies per week

State insurance licensing sponsored post-training

Fully remote with flexible, self-managed scheduling
