Event Planning Internship- Summer 2026

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented undergraduate students in their Junior and Senior years to join our team as Event Planning Interns for the Summer 2026 season. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and production within a collaborative, remote work environment.

Intern Responsibilities vary but may include:

• Generating partnership ideas and conducting research for upcoming shows.
• Assisting with lead generation to support event initiatives.
• Supporting social media, public relations, and planning projects.
• Facilitating client communications in a professional manner.
• Assisting with show production and logistics.
• Providing support to other members of the event team as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year of work experience with a part-time job or internship.
• MUST be enrolled in a higher education university and qualify to receive school credit. Proof must be submitted.
• Office hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm but a flexible schedule is permitted.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Available a minimum of three days a week.
• Loves events & the wedding industry.
