Overview

We are a growing construction company based in NYC seeking an Entry-Level Project Engineer / Estimator to support our Project Managers with day-to-day project execution and assist with estimating for new work. This is a great opportunity for someone with field experience who wants to grow on both the operations and preconstruction sides of construction.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers with:

RFIs, submittals, and document control

Coordination with subcontractors and vendors

Tracking schedules, change orders, and project documentation

Support estimating efforts, including:

Quantity takeoffs

Scope reviews

Bid tabulations and proposal preparation

Participate in site visits and field coordination

Maintain organized project and cost files

Provide general project support as needed

Qualifications

Some construction or field experience required

Engineering or Architecture background preferred
(Construction Management, Civil, Structural, or Architectural)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Bluebeam, Procore, or similar software experience is a plus

Eager to learn and grow within a construction team
