Financial Services Intern

College Internship Opportunity – Financial Services & Executive Operations

Locations:

Staten Island, NY (2 in-person days per week)

Edison, NJ (2 in-person days per week)
Interns will be placed exclusively in one office

Time Commitment

10–15 hours per week after licensing

Must be available to attend required trainings and meetings

Hybrid structure with 2 total in-person days weekly (2 days per assigned office)

 

Key Responsibilities

Interns will gain hands-on experience while acting as an Executive Assistant to the Firm’s Partner, with responsibilities including:

Calendar management, scheduling, and administrative support

Assisting with recruiting and talent outreach activities

Supporting marketing initiatives, including social media and digital marketing

Helping build and execute business and marketing plans

CRM data management and client support activities

Shadowing professionals and learning the end-to-end financial services process

Participating in outreach and prospective client engagement

 

Licensing, Compensation & Bonuses

Interns will study for and pass the state Life & Health Producer License Exam (NY or NJ)

Upon licensing, interns are contracted as College Agent Interns

$540 stipend upon completion of licensing requirements

Commission-based income potential as a licensed producer in your state

Sign-on bonus opportunity tied to successfully passing licensing exams
