Job Summary:
As part of the Global Strategy & Planning Office, the Project Coordinator for the Global PMO Center of Excellence will partner with cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation of global PMO strategies, processes, and best practices. This hands-on role is responsible for coordinating and supporting portfolio and project management activities, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the organization, while also managing additional tasks and projects for the Global PMO.
Responsibilities
PMO Governance: Implement global PMO processes and maintain governance frameworks.
Portfolio & Project Management System: Configure and maintain the PPM system, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Data Visualization: Build dynamic dashboards and reports using Tableau to provide actionable insights.
Stakeholder Communication: Enable transparent communication across global PMO leaders and project managers.
Project Coordination: Track milestones, manage deliverables, and deliver clear status updates.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years in Project Management, PMO, or Portfolio Management
Experience with Tableau and PPM systems preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $67,726.00 and $90,301.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
