Listing Execution Coordinator

Position Overview

The Listing Execution Coordinator will work in a fast-paced, professional land brokerage environment, supporting the brokerage team through the full lifecycle of land listings — from initial pursuit through closing. This role is based in the DFW office and partners closely with brokers to ensure listings are positioned, marketed, and executed at a high level.

The Listing Execution Coordinator plays a key role in pursuing new listings, preparing Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs) and proposals, coordinating listing agreements, launching marketing campaigns, managing buyer outreach, providing seller updates, and assisting through the sell-side contract process.

A Texas Real Estate License is required for this role.

Responsibilities

Listing Pursuit & Pre-Listing Support

  • Support brokers in pursuing new listings, including:
    • Preparing Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs)
    • Creating proposals and presentation materials for landowners
    • Coordinating supporting data, maps, and comparable sales
  • Assist brokers with proposal presentations and follow-up with landowners
  • Help move opportunities from proposal stage to executed listing agreements

Listing Management & Execution

  • Coordinate the listing process from signed agreement through active marketing and closing support
  • Prepare, review, and manage listing agreements and required disclosures
  • Track listing timelines, milestones, pricing changes, and key deadlines
  • Maintain organized digital files for each listing, including due diligence materials
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of listing information across all platforms (Crexi, CoStar, email campaigns, CRM, and internal databases)

Marketing Coordination & Buyer Outreach

  • Work closely with the marketing team to launch listings efficiently and professionally
  • Assist with the preparation and ongoing updates of:
    • Offering Memorandums
    • Flyers and marketing materials
  • Coordinate photography, drone work, site plans, and mapping
  • Execute outbound marketing efforts:
    • Blasting listings to buyer and developer databases
    • Calling and following up with targeted buyers
  • Track buyer interest, inquiries, and market feedback

Seller Communication & Transaction Support

  • Provide regular status updates to landowners during the marketing and contract phases
  • Assist brokers with LOIs, negotiations, and sell-side contract coordination
  • Support transaction management through closing
  • Maintain professional, timely communication with clients and prospects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial real estate (land brokerage preferred)
  • Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
  • Experience with MLS, commercial listing platforms, and CRM systems

Hours & Schedule
