Lease Administrative Assistant (Seasonal)

Job Title: Lease Administrator Assistant, StuyTown (Seasonal Position)

As a Seasonal, Lease Administrator Assistant, you’ll support the high-volume leasing efforts at StuyTown by generating and reviewing leases, ensuring application accuracy, and helping move transactions efficiently through the signing process. This role is ideal for a detail-driven, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants hands-on exposure to the administrative side of residential leasing.

What you will do:

  • Generate, review, and send leases electronically utilizing the Residential Management System.
  • Review application paperwork for accuracy.
  • Updating status notes on pending transactions.
  • Reach out to applicants to answer questions about the lease and expedite the lease signing.
  • Assist office manager in monthly reporting, tracking expenses and tracking client/broker incentives
  • Assist other administrative staff as needed

What you should have:

  • Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of rent stabilization and leases.
  • A “can-do attitude” with the ability to multitask and remain calm under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • The ability to work weekends (required)

Rate per Hour: $22.66

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
