32BJ SEIU's 10-week paid New Organizer Training Program offers aspiring labor organizers an opportunity to learn the basics of worker organizing.  The program offers hands-on experience of campaign field work, moving workers to take action, and developing worksite leaders as part of one of BJ's teams. 

Ideal candidates have experienced being part of a mission-driven team, which could include campus or community activism, political volunteering, congregational leadership, or any of a broad range of movement experiences.
