About the Role

Join our team as an In-Store Promoter and gain hands-on experience in retail, customer engagement, and sales. This role is perfect for college students, retirees, or anyone looking for flexible, part-time work with competitive pay.

💰Pay & Benefits

Entry Form: $14–$20/hour (based on performance and weekly entry count) + performance bonus

Warm Transfer: $16/hour guaranteed + performance bonus

Full-time potential: 40 hours/week includes full benefits

🎯Responsibilities

Entry Form: Engage shoppers, distribute entry forms for a $500 gift card drawing, and generate leads

Warm Transfer: Approach qualified homeowners, invite them to participate in the drawing, and coordinate sign-ups with Customer Service

Training is provided—no prior experience required

✅Qualifications

Outgoing, energetic, and personable, Comfortable approaching and interacting with customers, Able to stand and walk for extended periods, Self-motivated and proactive

Must have a mobile phone and reliable transportation
