THE ROLE
As an Inside Sales Rep, you're the engine of our sales team. You'll make calls, set appointments, support outside reps, and move deals through the pipeline. You'll build real relationships with contractors, developers, and energy companies doing important work.
This is a phone-and-relationship role — energetic, fast-paced, and rewarding if you love the hunt.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make outbound calls and run outreach to prospect new accounts and qualify leads
- Set appointments and support outside sales reps with discovery and follow-up
- Own leads through the full sales cycle — from first call to closed deal
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to track pipeline and log activity
- Reach customers through email, LinkedIn, and phone — consistent and professional
- Travel to job sites, customer meetings, and trade shows (~30%)
- Partner with engineering and logistics to make sure customers get what they need
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–3 years in sales, customer service, or account management (internships count)
- Comfortable on the phone and confident in written communication
- Familiar with CRM tools or eager to learn them fast
- Strong follow-through — you do what you say you'll do
- Curious about energy, infrastructure, or technology — no engineering degree needed
- Open to up to 30% travel
