Position Overview:

We offer an exciting opportunity for a Web Designer Intern to join our team in the Fall 2025 (August-November). This unpaid internship is perfect for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in web design, digital marketing, and AI-driven content creation. No prior experience is necessary—everything can be taught, and we are committed to providing all the training you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning and Development:

  • Participate in training sessions on web design techniques and AI tools.
  • Learn to use AI to create engaging web content and develop new social media content processes.

Website Maintenance:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the website of JGM Innovation: https://www.jgminnovation.org
  • Support the creation and enhancement of web pages, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.

SEO and Analytics:

  • Learn how to optimize website content for search engines and improve site performance.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in web design.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Monitor website and social media performance metrics to contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • A strong interest in web design, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Basic familiarity with web design software and platforms is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • No prior experience is required—all necessary skills will be taught.

JGM Innovation Nonprofit Organization https://www.jgminnovation.org is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing educational opportunities for underprivileged children and women in the United States and Peru. The organization provides financial support to schools, enabling them to deliver high-quality education and STEM programs to impoverished communities.

In January 2023, the organization awarded scholarships to 26 students in Santa Eulalia, Peru, recognizing exceptional academic performance and parental involvement.
