SEO & Digital Growth Associate

We are looking for an ambitious SEO & Digital Growth Associate to join our "Launch" Accelerator. This is not a passive internship where you fetch coffee. You will operate as part of a cross-functional Agile team to drive real visibility for our initiatives. You will move from theory to execution, treating our nonprofit programs as major product launches.

JGM Innovation is a Purpose Driven Talent Accelerator operating in the USA and Peru. Our mission is simple: bridge the gap between overlooked talent and economic opportunity.

 

The Mission: Project C (Strategic Growth)

You will work directly with the CEO and leadership to execute a Strategic Growth Plan. Your primary KPI is to increase our digital footprint through organic search and strategic authority building.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Backlink Campaigns: You are accountable for driving authority to jgminnovation.org. You will identify opportunities for guest posting, directory listings, and partnerships to double our backlinks.
  • On-Page & Technical SEO: Monitor site health and fix errors. 
  • Keyword Dominance: Research and target keywords relevant to our initiatives (e.g., STEM education, Peru outreach, scholarships) to capture traffic.
  • Data & Analytics: We measure "Return on Impact." You will track traffic growth and conversion rates, moving beyond vanity metrics to measure real engagement.

Qualifications
