Job Title: IT Intern

Job Summary
Rees Scientific is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to support the IT team at our Trenton, NJ headquarters. This internship provides hands-on experience assisting with day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting internal systems, and contributing to ongoing technology initiatives.

The ideal intern is currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and is eager to gain practical experience in a professional IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for employees
• Support day-to-day IT operations, including system maintenance and user account support
• Assist with testing and implementing technology initiatives and IT projects
• Document IT procedures and troubleshooting steps
• Maintain IT inventory and assist with device setup

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
