Developer (UI/Backend/ML)

As a Lens Web/UI Developer, you will:

-Design and build intuitive, responsive interfaces that bring Lens' editorial platform to life for readers and internal teams alike

-Collaborate with writers, desk leads, and product stakeholders to translate journalistic goals into clean, functional user experiences

-Maintain and iterate on Lens' web presence, ensuring performance, accessibility, and visual consistency across all surfaces

-Contribute to the development of tools that support Lens' mission of delivering truth-driven journalism in a clear and engaging format

As a Lens Backend Engineer, you will:

-Architect and maintain the server-side systems and APIs that power Lens' publishing platform, data infrastructure, and editorial workflows

-Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of core backend services as Lens grows its content and audience

-Collaborate with ML engineers, frontend developers, and product stakeholders to deliver robust integrations across the full stack

As a Lens ML Engineer, you will:

-Work closely with the research, investigative, and editorial teams to identify where intelligent automation can enhance journalistic accuracy and efficiency

-Build and maintain data pipelines that power model training, evaluation, and continuous improvement
