We are seeking a Field Service Engineer responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive servicing of medical device systems under the supervision of the Field Service Manager.

The role requires up to 80% domestic travel and strong technical problem-solving skills. Candidates should have an Associate’s or Technical Degree (bachelor’s in biomedical engineering preferred) and experience with mechanical assembly, tools, and system diagnostics. Responsibilities include system upgrades, repair calls, maintaining accurate service documentation, and ensuring compliance with FDA and company quality standards.

Prior experience in a medical device environment is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
