Responsibilities
- Support the HR team by collecting, organizing, and analyzing workforce data to help inform strategic people decisions.
- Assist with tracking key HR metrics such as recruiting pipeline data, time-to-fill, intern performance, engagement, and retention.
- Help build and maintain HR dashboards and reports using spreadsheets and data visualization tools.
- Analyze trends in hiring, onboarding, and intern performance to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with maintaining HR databases and ensuring accuracy and consistency of people data.
- Support the creation of reports and presentations that communicate HR insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Recruiting, Onboarding, and HR teams to provide data insights that support talent acquisition and employee experience initiatives.
- Support additional HR analytics and people operations projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data sets, spreadsheets, and structured information.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly through written reports and visual dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain data accuracy.
- Coachable, adaptable, and comfortable working with feedback and iterative improvements.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with HR analytics, people metrics, or workforce data analysis.
- Experience using tools such as Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Basic knowledge of data visualization or reporting tools (Excel dashboards, Google Sheets, Tableau, etc.).
- Interest in HR analytics, organizational effectiveness, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience working with structured datasets, reports, or research projects.
