Join Wild City as we develop engaging programs to keep NYC’s green spaces and wild coasts buzzing. 

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer Intern to help develop a visual identity that communicates our mission and inspires the diverse communities we serve. 

 

⭐ Flexible & Remote: We offer flexible volunteer schedules that fit your life. You’ll build user-centric, real-world projects that showcase your talent to our community, corporate partners and your future employers. 

⭐ Under 20 hours a week is fine. We'll provide regular feedback to keep you on course and working towards an achievable goal. 

 

🌲  What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Brand Identity: Evolve our logo and visual identity system.
  • Visual Storytelling: Create high-impact graphics for web, print, social media and our app. 
  • Asset Management: Build a library of templates so our team stays "on brand."
  • Collaboration: Work with our programs team to turn nature-based learning and STEAM concepts into digestible infographics.
  • Technical Understanding: Work with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and equivalent tools (Canva/Figma).
