Assistant Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our growing construction team. This role supports the Project Manager, Director, with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects while helping ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience and grow in construction project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work under the wing of our Construction Project Manager, Director, with day-to-day project coordination
- Help track project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Maintain and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Support procurement of materials and project logistics
- Assist with site visits and help monitor project progress
- Prepare project reports and maintain accurate project records
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with project management software is a plus)
