Full-Time Teacher of Social Studies
Location: Burlington County Alternative School

Position Summary

The Burlington County Alternative School is seeking a dedicated Teacher of Social Studies,  to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will hold the appropriate valid NJDOE Instructional Certificates. Candidates should demonstrate strong content knowledge, effective instructional practices, and the ability to create a positive, well-managed learning environment.

Qualifications

• Valid NJDOE Instructional Certificates in Social Studies
• Special Education Certification (preferred)

Demonstrated knowledge of Social Studies content and effective teaching methods

Strong behavior management skills

Excellent interpersonal skills when collaborating with colleagues, students, and families

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $64,064 – $82,487
