This LTE position is located at the Milwaukee Northeast Customer Service Center. The duties include: 

  • Processing applicants for license plate renewal stickers and/or application for duplicate photo identification card.
  • Capturing applicant photos and signatures
  • Interacting with customers to identify the reason for their visit
  • Providing correct forms to customers
  • Providing guidance to customers with incomplete forms
  • Keeping the Customer Service Center supplied with forms and materials to process applicants for photos and other DMV operations 

This position is anticipated to work 20 hours to 24 hours per week for approximately 14 weeks.
