What You’ll Do:
- Hardware Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues across servers and network devices.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth investigations to identify and eliminate the root causes of system failures.
- System Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor system performance metrics to prevent outages and optimize efficiency.
- Infrastructure Upgrades and Migrations: Contribute to and lead projects involving the deployment, maintenance, and support of current and future data center infrastructure.
- Independent Problem-Solving: Take ownership of complex troubleshooting tasks and resolve escalated technical issues impacting a large number of devices.
What You’ll Need:
- 0-2 years of computer hardware or networking concepts
- Ability to work non-standard working hours and differing rotations/shifts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
